Behaviour believes in a strong player-centric strategy, and the Senior Quantitative User Research Specialist plays a key role by providing clear insights from tens of thousands through well-crafted surveys. Enable production and publishing teams to take informed decisions and support the development of products and brands on the global market.
In this role, you’ll make your mark by designing and analyzing impactful surveys, collaborating across disciplines, and turning player feedback into strategic guidance that shapes the future of our games. Your insights will have a direct influence on creative, technical, and business decisions, ensuring our experiences resonate with players and drive meaningful impact across the studio.

The company develops and publishes original games while also engaging in co-development projects with other businesses, generating revenue through game sales and subscription services.
