Responsibilities

  • Lead Quality Assurance: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues, leading investigations and providing timely, effective responses. Drive the creation of quality reports and corrective actions to address customer concerns
  • Drive Process Improvement: Lead analysis of quality data to identify opportunities for reducing scrap, rework, and other quality costs. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement systemic improvements
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure continuous quality compliance. Lead containment efforts, develop inspection strategies, and ensure all necessary quality documentation and certifications are maintained
  • Provide Leadership: Offer technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to regional and site teams, helping them effectively address quality challenges. Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving the quality management system
