Requirements

  • Broad experience in leading high performing QA teams
  • Deep knowledge in recruiting, hiring and managing teams of QA Specialists
  • Experience in mentoring/coaching team members to improve their skills, and make them more effective
  • Deep expertise of QA practices within the games industry
  • Complete understanding of the full development cycle, including test strategy definition, planning, acceptance criteria and test execution
  • Proficient English written and verbal skills
  • (Bonus) Experience in mobile game development
  • (Bonus) Track record of recurring releases of live titles
  • (Bonus) Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals

  • Lead and manage a team of QA specialists, fostering career growth and development, strong craft culture and building expertise
  • Resource planning and management to provide optimal QA coverage given our operational needs across the game
  • Coordinating the release process, taking accountability for the success of recurring game updates
  • Ensuring live operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Partner with technical leads across the game organization to align on quality expectations
  • Constantly deep dive in team’s activity, relentlessly looking to improve Ways of Working
