Requirements

Broad experience in leading high performing QA teams
Deep knowledge in recruiting, hiring and managing teams of QA Specialists
Experience in mentoring/coaching team members to improve their skills, and make them more effective
Deep expertise of QA practices within the games industry
Complete understanding of the full development cycle, including test strategy definition, planning, acceptance criteria and test execution
Proficient English written and verbal skills
(Bonus) Experience in mobile game development
(Bonus) Track record of recurring releases of live titles
(Bonus) Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of QA specialists, fostering career growth and development, strong craft culture and building expertise
Resource planning and management to provide optimal QA coverage given our operational needs across the game
Coordinating the release process, taking accountability for the success of recurring game updates
Ensuring live operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
Partner with technical leads across the game organization to align on quality expectations
Constantly deep dive in team’s activity, relentlessly looking to improve Ways of Working
