Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with a strong focus on manual testing methodologies, a proven track record of building and maintaining automated test suites, and a deep understanding of software QA fundamentals. They must possess excellent English communication skills, including the ability to write clear bug reports and lead distributed discussions, and be self-motivated and collaborative with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Experience testing Python/Django applications and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools are considered bonus points.

Responsibilities

The Senior QA Engineer will design, document, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases across web and API layers, develop, extend, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites, triage, track, and report defects, work with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution, take initiative to identify gaps in test coverage, propose solutions to improve product quality, and communicate test results, risks, and recommendations clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. They will also collaborate with external stakeholders—clients’ QA teams, integration partners, and cross-functional teams—to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into QA processes.
