Requirements

Candidates must possess strong experience in software quality assurance, with specialization in test planning, QA automation, performance, or security testing. Expertise in tools such as Playwright, WebDriver, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, Mocha, and OWASP Zap is required. Prior experience as a team lead or mentor guiding QA engineers is essential, along with a solid understanding of software development, agile methodologies, and QA processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior QA Automation Engineer will provide expertise in test planning, automation, performance, and security testing. They will collaborate with the Director of Software Quality to define and implement quality strategies and best practices. This role involves leading and mentoring QA engineers, reviewing test cases and automation code, and planning/executing test strategies. The engineer will also work with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into the development lifecycle, identify and implement testing process improvements, conduct training on QA best practices, and define/monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
