Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Python, excellent communication skills with business stakeholders, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust automation solutions. They should have experience leveraging Cloud Frameworks, with a preference for Azure, and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in a start-up environment and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects in an Agile or Scrum-based methodology are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Python Developer will develop and refine automation solutions primarily through direct Python development, collaborating with cross-functional teams including AI/ML experts to create robust and efficient automation solutions. They will design and build advanced automations and reusable components, engage directly with clients to understand their needs, continuously learn and apply new technologies, and mentor junior developers, fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement. They will also monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America and develop HR policies to ensure compliance.
