Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in design or technical support for purifiers or similar fluid machinery/separation equipment
Familiar with national standards for mechanical drawing and relevant industry norms
Proficient in one or more mechanical drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Inventor, PROE, CATIA, etc.) for 2D and 3D mechanical design
Extensive experience in pre-sales technical support or writing technical proposals
Proficient in mechanical structure design, with the ability and cases to independently complete the design of the whole machine or modules
Experience in purifiers, oil treatment systems, or related industries is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Strong communication and coordination skills, project drive, and teamwork spirit
Possess the willingness and ability to undertake problem-solving, and master analytical tools such as causal analysis and 5W1H
Ability to travel (20%) to support the resolution of pre-sales or after-sales technical issues

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical support for purifier products, including technical communication, equipment selection, proposal writing, product demonstrations, and addressing customer inquiries
Be responsible for the P&ID design, system structure design and other design work after the contract is signed, including the drawing of 2D and 3D drawings, the selection of parts and components, and the output of assembly drawings and engineering drawings
Familiar with the national and industry standards related to oil filters, and understanding the design standards for pressure vessels to ensure compliance of product design
Cooperate with departments such as sales, production, procurement, quality, and service to provide solutions to technical problems and ensure the smooth delivery of projects
Participate in product improvement and innovation, optimize design processes, and enhance product performance and reliability
Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and operation manuals
Meet annual P4G and D4G goals
Follow DBS culture and compliance requirements
