Requirements

  • Over 5 years’ experience in a commercial and industrial Property Manager role
  • High level of competency in property performance analysis and valuation principles
  • Enjoys collaborating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Formulate annual capital, income and expenditure budgets and undertake monthly forecasting
  • Complete detailed monthly preparation and review of each Net Operating Income Statements including leasing costs, incentives and variance analysis
  • Accountability for the preparation, review and sign-off annual outgoings recovery reconciliations
  • Instruct solicitors on and administer all lease documentation
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and periodic reports
  • Oversee carpark management agreements, operations and performance
  • Maintain compliance obligations in accordance with the Environmental Management System
  • Conduct best in class tenant relationship management
  • Undertake make good and lease negotiations
  • Manage general tenant correspondence
  • Manage a portfolio of Industrial and commercial assets and execute the asset plan through efficient tenant retention and cost control to maximise the value of each asset
