Able to work hybrid schedule: at least three days in office (including Tuesdays and Wednesdays), with flexibility for up to five days based on needs

Located in or able to travel regularly to Westwood, MA, and Greater Boston area
Experience managing large CAPEX transmission construction projects (e.g., large substation construction, new transmission lines, major facility expansions) of medium/high complexity and financial risk
Ability to independently manage multi-discipline, multi-stakeholder projects through all phases (planning, engineering, siting/permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, close out)
Responsibilities
Independently manage large CAPEX transmission construction projects in Connecticut to ensure completion efficiently, within scope, on schedule, and within budget
Work closely with management in Transmission Asset Management, Planning, Design, Land Planning, Construction and Test, Finance, Regulatory Relations, Legal, and Purchasing
Integrate and manage cross-functional project teams, developing roles, responsibilities, comprehensive project plans, schedules, communications plans, and change control methodologies
Manage execution of project plans, change control processes, detailed budgets, cash flows, and monthly reporting on scope, budgets, and schedules
Manage development of siting/permitting needs assessments, regulatory filings, environmental assessments, and approvals (federal, state, local)
