Requirements

Deep expertise in Scrum and Agile frameworks
Agency or consultancy experience, having successfully led digital transformations and flagship initiatives
Ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution
Thrives under pressure and drives disciplined processes
Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans for cross-functional teams
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work standard Pacific Time (PT) hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM as needed

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for multiple digital development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive focus, transparency, and continuous improvement
Lead complex digital projects from initiation to delivery, translating client outcomes into clear plans while managing scope, timeline, and budget
Guide teams through Agile and Kanban practices, adapting methodologies to team needs while fostering efficiency and delivery excellence
Define and maintain project roadmaps, release plans, and capacity schedules, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
Act as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders
