Requirements

Experience leading small and large project teams through discovery, design, build, configuration, and delivery of solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers
Ability to provide leadership and management to project teams to ensure delivery on time, with quality, and on budget
Skills as the primary point of contact for clients, mitigating risks/issues and setting expectations
Experience working closely with internal roles including Solution Architect, Technical Architect, and Business Analyst
Willingness to travel 10-20%

Responsibilities

Strategically build relationships with customer sponsors and stakeholders to identify future opportunities, create references, and develop industry networks
Own overall project management, including participating in discovery and requirement workshops to define/prioritize requirements, collaborating on solution design, and executing projects with clear communication
Manage day-to-day operational aspects, apply methodology (company or client), enforce standards, and create/maintain project deliverables (status decks, milestone decks, project plans, burn reports, RAID logs, build trackers)
Manage timelines, budget, and scope per SOW, accurately communicate/report status including risks/issues impacting schedule, budget, or quality
Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalate as needed
Lead high-performing teams through successful design, build, and implementation via comprehensive project plans aligned with stakeholder objectives
Adhere to budget/timelines by tracking resources, monitoring milestones, and taking corrective actions
Develop robust risk management plans to mitigate issues promptly
Conduct regular project reviews, identify lessons learned, and implement best practices for continuous improvement
