Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project delivery, from planning to completion
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Oversee vendor coordination, contract execution, and performance tracking
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and continuous monitoring
Track and analyze progress using project management tools and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
Conduct and document regular project meetings and provide timely status reports to stakeholders
Manage change control processes, ensuring documentation and approvals are maintained
Foster collaboration and accountability across all project participants
Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements for future project execution
