Requirements

Candidates should possess theoretical overall knowledge of classical (RUP, PMBok) and agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP) methodologies, practical experience in a few of them, and experience managing collocated and distributed teams of small to mid-size (3-15 people). They should have experience with small to medium-sized projects (200-3000+ hours) with a high success rate or CPI, and good experience utilizing Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and JSM. Solid technical background, including knowledge of OOP principles, SOLID, design patterns, databases, server administration, and TCP/IP stack, is required, with developer/architect experience being a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager at Cprime, the individual will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring successful implementations, and exceeding business goals in collaboration with visionary business leaders. They will also monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America, develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies. Furthermore, they will utilize spreadsheets for data analysis, demonstrate basic selling skills, and represent products to US clients, leveraging a good understanding of the outsource business model.
