Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline and have at least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management, along with strong science and/or business acumen, superior time management skills, proven analytical abilities, and demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies. Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to work effectively with multi-level teams are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will proactively identify resources and budgets projects, prioritize the client’s portfolio in line with site-wide projects, negotiate and make real-time decisions with the client, provide internal consulting on project management issues, act as the chief liaison to the operational personnel of major clients, provide oversight and coordination of client portfolio, facilitate the flow of technical and clinical laboratory information, consult and utilize scientific input, prepare project specifications documents, and maintain updated project master files with version controls.
