Responsibilities

Produce key project controls deliverables, including detailed project schedules using MS Project, Oracle Primavera P6, or Smartsheets
Produce feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, and What-if scenario analysis
Produce project cost reports and trend analysis
Produce comprehensive weekly and monthly project summary reports for stakeholders
Perform Critical Path Analysis
Prepare agendas, lead meetings, and track Risk, Actions, Issues, Decisions for the team
Produce budget estimates
Analyze complex project data and deliver clear, articulate, concise messages to support decision making
Communicate with 3rd party vendors on behalf of the client to drive to their timelines
Gain a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools
Maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards and deliverable trackers
Create alignment with cross-functional client departments, including Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering
Work collaboratively with clients, vendors, contractors, and Project Farma Team Members to support biomanufacturing projects across the engineering lifecycle
Deliver high quality work, form and maintain valuable long-term client relationships, and continually strengthen technical and industry knowledge
