Responsibilities

  • Produce key project controls deliverables, including detailed project schedules using MS Project, Oracle Primavera P6, or Smartsheets
  • Produce feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, and What-if scenario analysis
  • Produce project cost reports and trend analysis
  • Produce comprehensive weekly and monthly project summary reports for stakeholders
  • Perform Critical Path Analysis
  • Prepare agendas, lead meetings, and track Risk, Actions, Issues, Decisions for the team
  • Produce budget estimates
  • Analyze complex project data and deliver clear, articulate, concise messages to support decision making
  • Communicate with 3rd party vendors on behalf of the client to drive to their timelines
  • Gain a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools
  • Maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards and deliverable trackers
  • Create alignment with cross-functional client departments, including Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering
  • Work collaboratively with clients, vendors, contractors, and Project Farma Team Members to support biomanufacturing projects across the engineering lifecycle
  • Deliver high quality work, form and maintain valuable long-term client relationships, and continually strengthen technical and industry knowledge
