Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Microbiology, Supply Chain Mgt, Business, Finance, or related field); MBA or Masters in related field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience as a successful MFG/Quality/Business professional, preferably in the Medical Device sector
  • Demonstrated experience with strategic planning and implementing programs to ensure strong governance, resource alignment to key priorities, and performance monitoring
  • Demonstrated experience leading process standardization and continuous improvement in complex, matrix organization; willingness to enforce standardized processes and refine them when provided feedback
  • Experience implementing transformational changes and processes in a complex organization
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Ability to create actionable, short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategies based on fact base and stakeholder input
  • Knowledgeable about Sterilization, Regulations, and E2E supply chain
  • Viewed as source of truth for reporting, processes, and other questions by Stryker for Sterilization related questions
  • Project management experience required; certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel 30%

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sterilization Transformation PMO, overseeing global program execution with a focus on process transfer (PT) delivery, timeline adherence, and milestone achievement
  • Drive end-to-end PT execution, ensuring alignment with validation protocols, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness across receiving and sending sites
  • Apply Lean Business Management principles to optimize transfer workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and embed continuous improvement into transformation activities
  • Own and evolve the risk-to-revenue framework, proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated with process transfers and ensuring visibility at the executive level
  • Govern transformation program data, including PT validation status, regulatory milestones, and audit readiness, ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage CapEx investments tied to PTs, track depreciation schedules, and assess facility go-live impacts
  • Support integration of ERP, QMS, and MES systems to enable harmonized process execution and data flow across sterilization sites
  • Lead capacity planning and supply chain coordination to ensure uninterrupted sterilization services during PT transitions
  • Facilitate cross-functional governance forums with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align on PT strategy and execution
  • Deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting that highlight PT progress, risks, and strategic impact
  • Champion continuous improvement in PMO tools, processes, and reporting standards to support scalable and repeatable PT execution
