Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial modeling, reporting, or compensation accounting, ideally within a SaaS, finance, or systems environment
  • CPA and strong understanding of core accounting principles with working knowledge of ASC 606 and its application to sales compensation or revenue recognition
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, validation, and report building
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and validate financial reporting outputs across customer implementations
  • Translate accounting and compliance requirements into accurate, maintainable reporting logic
  • Support senior consultants and architects in designing scalable, audit-ready models
  • Perform data analysis and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and integrity
  • Partner with customer Finance and Accounting teams to confirm outputs align with compliance expectations
  • Document reporting logic, testing results, and key assumptions for audit support and internal QA
  • Contribute to internal best practices, templates, and enablement documentation
