Senior Production Support Engineer

Position Overview

NVIDIA's Networking Silicon Engineering group is seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer to join our team in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. This role is crucial for monitoring production status at our Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and serving as the primary point of contact for all production testing issues. Responsibilities

• Monitor and control test yield for all production stations.
• Provide on-site Tier 1 support for tests, test infrastructures, test setups, and station maintenance.
• Introduce and train personnel on new tests.
• Conduct test debugging and failure analysis as required.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing processes of electric products.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling manufacturing line issues or production floor support.
• Experience in hardware problem diagnosis, repair, or board design.
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills.

Qualifications That Stand Out

• Experience with ICT (In-Circuit Testing) / JTAG (Joint Test Action Group).
• Familiarity with Functional Tests.
• Background with Linux OS, Perl, and Python.
• Experience with reliability testing such as Burn-In, ESS (Environmental Stress Screening), HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening).
