Responsibilities

  • Establish the Ads Deal Desk: Design, implement, and lead a centralized process for intake, review, and approval of ad deals and insertion orders, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Quarterback cross-functional execution: Coordinate between Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, and QA for successful ad campaign flighting and delivery
  • Champion user experience: Partner with Product to establish and enforce guardrails protecting user engagement from ad implementations
  • Analyze revenue and engagement trade-offs: Assess ROI of ad deals and make data-informed decisions balancing revenue with user metrics
  • Drive operational excellence: Create and maintain end-to-end operational playbook for ad campaigns, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
  • Lead stakeholder alignment: Foster relationships across teams (e.g., legal to engineering) on priorities, timelines, and requirements
  • Own strategic communication: Provide clear visibility on deal status, campaign performance, and process changes
  • Navigate complex ad-tech landscapes: Ensure campaigns adhere to compliance, privacy, and brand-safety with legal and product teams
