Requirements

  • Proven experience working with partners and solutioning technical products using REST APIs and SDKs
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail, strong time management skills, structured approach to planning ability, proactive in anticipating needs, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver them

Responsibilities

  • Train CS and regional stakeholders on SRC positioning, solution strategy, and best practices
  • Serve as the SRC SME — guiding internal teams on capabilities, integrations, and best practices
  • Ensure SRC product is ready to support partners and clients by driving Product Operations for SRC
  • Lead solution design for key global clients and act as the product representative in SRC conversations end to end
  • Own readiness activities for new capabilities by working with technology teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate
  • Plan and coordinate training curriculum for regional product teams and client services
  • Collaborate with regional staff to plan product rollout activities and support regional client integrations
  • Contribute to team organization by identifying and organizing training programs and supporting general team activities
  • Serve as the SRC product lead for release note management by establishing processes with SRC product owners to maintain accurate updates
  • Organize the product side of QEP to align releases with business goals
  • Act as product owner for Kanban boards, working closely with technology teams to prioritize defect fixes by aligning priorities with strategic initiatives and long-term product vision
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, demos, and solution narratives tailored to business and technical audiences
  • Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring regional teams and sales are well-supported to close deals successfully
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, go-to-market, client services, and regional teams to ensure feasibility and successful implementation of solutions
  • Socialize new solutions adopted by key clients to internal stakeholders
  • Develop internal and external product documentation, including product and technical integration guides for partner integrations
  • Work with regional and technical teams to support client integrations and ensure smooth adoption
