Requirements

  • Seasoned, hands-on Product Manager with 5+ years of experience building products as a Product Manager or Founder
  • Have launched a significant B2C / B2B product and embedded learnings from successes and failures
  • Customer obsessed, going deep into understanding customers, identifying pain points, and delivering empathy
  • Hands-on execution mindset, willing to roll up sleeves, wear any hat to help team ship faster
  • Hunger for quantitative growth, numbers obsessed, with sufficient analytical skills to make sharp decisions

Responsibilities

  • Support the launch of new version of the ‘current account’ by enabling customers to get returns on money while spending/sending without restrictions; drive global growth of Wise Interest product set
  • Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, Compliance, and Analysts to enable informed decisions and inspire highest standards of execution
  • Directly contribute to mission of making money without borders the new normal by figuring out and building solutions for instant, convenient, transparent (eventually free) money movement
  • Build world-class, innovative, state-of-the-art products with global impact
  • Work with team to create your own vision and path to impact, with autonomy to make calls (gathering feedback as needed)
  • Inspire teams across the company with ideas, knowledge, and self-starting attitude
  • Report to the Wise Assets product lead to find path to massive impact on Wise mission
