Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company, ideally managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven experience managing integrations or partnerships with large enterprise software vendors (SAP experience — a strong advantage)
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with experience navigating multi-team dependencies and delivering on complex timelines
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities — comfortable working with executives, engineers, designers, and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Lead all WalkMe product initiatives related to SAP, from concept to delivery and ongoing optimization
  • Serve as the primary product liaison between WalkMe and SAP’s product and engineering organizations
  • Understand and translate SAP’s product needs (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba) into clear, actionable requirements and priorities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects across multiple WalkMe product domains — aligning stakeholders, defining ownership, and ensuring timely execution
  • Work closely with internal WalkMe product managers, R&D leads, and architects to deliver high-quality integrations and product improvements
  • Own the roadmap for SAP-related initiatives, ensuring alignment between WalkMe’s platform capabilities and SAP’s strategic goals
  • Monitor delivery progress, resolve cross-team dependencies, and proactively identify risks or blockers
  • Represent WalkMe’s product vision and capabilities to SAP partners, supporting long-term collaboration and co-innovation
  • Track the success of joint initiatives through measurable KPIs and customer impact
  • Ensure that all SAP-related product efforts maintain WalkMe’s standards of performance, security, and usability
