The Senior Product Manager will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer mortgage solutions, including tools for mortgage education, servicing transparency, and financial wellness. Responsibilities include conducting market research and analyzing user feedback to identify unmet consumer needs, collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, legal, and data science teams for product delivery, and partnering with the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team to align on engagement strategies. The role involves leveraging Experian's data assets for personalized consumer experiences, ensuring product compliance with consumer data privacy standards and regulatory requirements like FCRA and CFPB, and monitoring product KPIs to iterate based on consumer feedback and analytics.
