Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Remitly Business’s Global Access offering, aligning with our mission to deliver trusted financial services to businesses worldwide
  • Be a key voice in communicating and acting on customer needs, pain points, and global market opportunities across cross-functional teams
  • Prioritize product features and initiatives using data, research, and business impact, ensuring a balance of customer value, business value, compliance, and scalability
  • Lead end-to-end product development - from ideation and requirements to launch and ongoing iteration - delivering a clear ‘why’, strong documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to design innovative solutions, set measurable goals, and launch new capabilities that drive adoption and business growth
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal partners to inform product decisions and identify continuous improvement opportunities
