Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, demonstrating a strong track record of successful feature execution and technical delivery in complex environments
  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a history of deeply technical product ownership and experience scaling platform features
  • Proven experience working intensely with Analytical/Data Science teams, defining requirements for ML models, and translating data insights into product action
  • Strong background in software development or solutions engineering, preferably focused on backend, high-volume, low-latency systems
  • High level of independence, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong inner drive to tackle technical challenges and manage dependencies effectively
  • Solid understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle and experience dealing with PSPs, acquirers, or issuer signals (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with specific payments protocols and regulations, such as 3DS/EMVCo, tokenization standards, and SCA/PSD2 (preferred)
  • Exposure to the digital identity, fraud, and risk management domains (preferred)
  • Experience integrating solutions with large-scale global e-commerce companies (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the detailed execution of the Payments Optimization roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features that align with strategic goals; work closely with TLV and UK-based engineering and data science teams, as well as worldwide GTM teams
  • Own the technical definition and requirements for innovative payment products, including defining clear business logic, writing detailed user stories, and managing the product backlog
  • Lead the definition of critical platform APIs and data, ensuring seamless, high-performance integration with merchant systems, PSPs, and issuing banks; serve as the product voice in architectural discussions with engineering
  • Gain and maintain a deep, expert-level understanding of global payment protocols (e.g., 3DS, tokenization), regulations (e.g., PSD2/SCA), and authorization signal flows to define precise product requirements
