Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery for key payout products, from vision through execution and iteration
  • Design solutions that enable instant, global, and cost-efficient payouts across multiple rails and networks
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Treasury, Engineering, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant infrastructure
  • Coach and mentor other PMs, helping elevate product excellence and strategic thinking across the team
  • Use data, experimentation, and deep customer insight to inform decision-making and continuous product optimization
  • Drive initiatives that push Runa closer to its vision of a unified global payout platform
  • Drive the design, strategy, and delivery of next-generation payment and funding products that expand global reach and enhance resiliency, compliance, and scalability
  • Work closely with Engineering, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to define product roadmaps, build new multi-rail capabilities, and support diverse markets, partners, and payout use cases
