Responsibilities

  • Drive zero-to-one execution: design and deliver MVPs, validate hypotheses quickly, and scale what works
  • Translate the defined product vision into a clear and actionable experimentation and delivery roadmap
  • Build mechanisms that maximise user retention and consistency
  • Design and run rapid experiments to test behavioural, community, and product mechanics
  • Learn fast: pivot, double down, or kill initiatives based on clear signals
  • Maintain a lean approach, avoiding over-engineering and focusing on speed to learning
  • Develop deep empathy for users who struggle with consistency and motivation
  • Combine quantitative data (funnels, retention curves, cohort analysis) with qualitative insights (user interviews, behavioural psychology)
  • Turn insights into simple, sticky product mechanics that drive daily engagement and long-term habit formation
  • Partner with design, engineering, content, growth, and data to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Mobilise less-traditional partners (behavioral design, methodology, health, fitness and wellness experts) to bring the product vision to life
  • Inspire the team with clarity, conviction, and context in an uncertain environment
