Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the strategy for scalable cross-platform development, enabling teams to build once, ship everywhere, and deliver new AI-powered experiences efficiently
  • Own the roadmap for shared frameworks, design systems, and platform infrastructure that support faster, more consistent front-end development
  • Partner with engineering to evolve the foundational layer connecting native clients and shared web technologies
  • Work with design and accessibility experts to ensure inclusivity and performance are built in from the start
  • Manage dependencies and shared roadmaps across multiple product and platform teams to maintain alignment and momentum
  • Translate complex technical needs into clear product goals, success metrics, and delivery plans
  • Collaborate with feature teams to understand their workflows, identify friction points, and prioritize improvements that speed up iteration
  • Balance long-term platform investments with near-term delivery to scale development sustainably
