Position: Senior Product Manager - Ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Own the API & Integration Platform Strategy: Define and evolve the strategy and roadmap for Deputy’s API platform and integration marketplace, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and customer needs.
  • Drive Strategic Integration Initiatives: Identify, prioritize, and deliver native integrations with key HRIS, Payroll, Point of Sale, and other workforce-related systems that unlock value for Deputy’s customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with External Partners and ISVs: Work directly with our technology partners and third-party developers to define integration requirements, co-create solutions, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer: Develop a deep understanding of the integration needs of midmarket and enterprise customers across different verticals. Use insights from customer conversations, usage data, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Champion Developer Experience: Drive improvements across our developer-facing touchpoints—including API documentation, onboarding flows, SDKs, webhooks, and sandbox environments—to reduce friction and encourage adoption.
  • Define and Monitor Success Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the API and integration platform.
