Requirements

Candidates should possess 6-8 years of experience in Product Management, cybersecurity operations, or a related field with a strong understanding of operational workflows and efficiency. They should have a solid understanding of operational workflows in cybersecurity or security operations centers (SOC), including experience driving operational efficiencies. Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling products or capabilities leveraging AI and automation is preferred, along with excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for enhancing HackerOne’s Triage capability, collaborating with engineering, design, customer success, and the hacker community to develop scalable solutions. They will leverage their operational expertise to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration, streamlining the vulnerability report lifecycle from intake to remediation. This role involves leading continuous discovery efforts, acting as a subject matter expert, managing the full product lifecycle, and staying abreast of emerging trends in cybersecurity operations and AI applications.
