Responsibilities

Define the vision for Mapping tools: Drive the next generation of our geospatial mapping tools, creating real-time, interactive map experiences that integrate alerts, live video feeds, and device actions to give organizations unparalleled visibility and control
Own zero-to-one product development: Lead the end-to-end development of our Mapping tools by delivering a modern, collaborative product experience, balancing usability with scale for enterprises
Shape proactive security workflows: Build tools that empower organizations to anticipate and respond rapidly to threats, evolving beyond static maps to living operational interfaces
Lead Device Lifecycle Management: Define workflows that streamline how customers and partners plan, purchase, deploy, configure, and manage devices across buildings, regions, and countries
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Partner teams to translate customer insights into scalable product capabilities
Establish and track success metrics: Develop KPIs that measure adoption, operational efficiency, and business outcomes, continuously iterating based on customer feedback
Bridge technical and commercial needs: Balance system design with business impact, ensuring products meet both customer security needs and operational workflows
