Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on clinical or healthcare products
Proven track record of delivering high-impact products that drive efficiency and user satisfaction
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, provider pain points, and healthcare industry trends
Experience with automation and AI-assisted workflows, and ability to leverage these technologies to improve provider efficiency
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to gather and synthesize provider feedback
Experience with data analysis and measurement, and ability to use insights to inform product decisions
Self-driven and independent, with ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong industry knowledge, including trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

Empower providers with intuitive, intelligent tools that help them practice more efficiently and focus on delivering high-quality care
Leverage automation and AI-assisted workflows to streamline documentation, communication, and task management, improving overall provider efficiency
Deliver a delightful provider experience by designing and improving tools that make it effortless for caregivers to do their best work
Drive workflow innovation by deeply understanding provider pain points and building scalable solutions that help clinicians practice efficiently and confidently
Gather, synthesize, and apply provider feedback to deliver features that elevate provider satisfaction and support market differentiation
Partner with data science to measure and analyze the impact of initiatives, using insights to continuously refine and improve product effectiveness
Work closely with the broader Product organization to set strategy within your team's scope, serving as the subject matter expert and helping guide organizational decisions
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies, proactively sharing insights to shape and evolve product strategy
Quantify efficiency impact by demonstrating meaningful cost and time savings from automation
Achieve outstanding usability and provider satisfaction, consistently maintaining a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score above 4.5
