Requirements

Experience shipping a comparable AI feature (RAG-based) to production and iterating on it in an enterprise context with significant usage and quality
At least 5+ years of experience in general product management
Implemented security and testing best practices for generative AI
Extreme initiative to create clarity in ambiguous situations and overcome push-back
Strong in discovery of green-field problems
Tenacious and driven, getting stuff done without waiting to be told; has an opinion but willing to be challenged
Natural collaborator, comfortable working closely with teams like intelligent search
Comfortable being in the spotlight, representing AI efforts internally and to customers
SaaS experience desirable
Experience building and testing agentic systems desirable
Can work remotely or hybrid within Switzerland or the UK, with access to offices in St. Gallen and London

Responsibilities

Own the strategic direction and roadmap for the Brand Assistant feature and potentially other AI features
Identify and validate new opportunities to optimize user and customer value of the Brand Assistant based on data and research
Discover and deliver solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional product trio, supported by Product Research and Product Marketing
Drive and align the organization around AI platform initiatives (e.g., AI feature settings, platform-wide AI labeling)
Serve as the point person for AI expertise questions for all product teams, commercial teams, and customers
Make the Brand Assistant an example feature for legal, security, and testing best practices for AI features to be adopted org-wide
