Requirements

  • Experience as a PM or founder of a B2B software business that achieved some scale
  • Comfortable with uncertainty, especially risks associated with building AI products, while eliminating uncertainty for engineers and designers
  • Execution-oriented: highly organized, comfortable managing many work streams, knows how to make the right trade-offs, and helps teams ship on time
  • Customer empathy: champion of the customer, able to ship product improvements addressing key pain points and bringing delight
  • Impact driven: understands how work drives business impact and leads teams to focus on high-impact work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: works effectively across teams and influences stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals based on customer insights, market research, and business objectives
  • Prioritize product roadmap, define product requirements, and lead development process from concept to launch in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Use quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with and drive alignment among key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineering & design teams, sales, marketing, etc
