Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a software product manager, ideally for a developer product, and 4+ years of overall technical experience. Strong technical competency, especially with distributed data systems, public and private clouds, and stream processing is required. Experience defining product functional specifications including API, CLI and GUI, strong written communication skills, and experience working in a collaborative and remote environment are also necessary. Experience as a Product Manager for a SaaS company and working with Open Source communities are considered advantageous, as is basic coding experience.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will develop a strategic vision for product investment to ensure customer success. They will create a roadmap by defining a great end-to-end product experience with a focus on detailed user stories. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, users, and internal stakeholders to discover new product opportunities and establish a feedback loop throughout delivery. The role also involves aligning with other teams to ensure a unified and unblocked roadmap.
