  • Ability to bridge the gap between the founder’s vision and the company’s products, adding unique insights and lessons from past experiences
  • Experience working tightly with the CEO on company vision, business goals, and product features
  • Ability to communicate product strategy to the team
  • Ownership of strategy, product roadmap, and execution of all products
  • Ability to architect and build the core product
  • Experience playing an integral part in building an effective product team

Responsibilities

  • Develop those on the product team to be high-performing while fostering a culture of growth, customer obsession, innovation velocity, data-driven decisions, and strategic thinking
  • Gather customer feedback to internalize and understand their challenges and develop ways to address their needs
  • Develop products for both restaurant partners and consumers in the Revi ecosystem
  • Collaborate with the executive team, engineering team, and product team to develop and execute product roadmaps and OKRs, including owning product OKRs, managing sprints, and driving agile processes
