  • Strong business acumen, with a systematic approach to root-cause analysis and problem solving
  • Deep technical knowledge of routing and network infrastructure, with ability to provide product-specific guidance and training

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and execution for next-generation routing solutions from ideation through launch and lifecycle management
  • Develop platforms for Service Provider, Enterprise, and Cloud segments based on market and customer needs
  • Translate requirements and market insights into product features, priorities, and roadmap plans
  • Work with engineering on architecture decisions and execution milestones
  • Manage launch readiness and go-to-market coordination with sales, marketing, finance, and operations
  • Define pricing, positioning, and business cases
  • Oversee post-launch improvements, customer feedback, and lifecycle actions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver next-generation routing products
  • Drive and launch next-generation routing infrastructure solutions, leading the product from early ideation through development, launch, and full lifecycle management
  • Define the product vision and shape requirements
  • Partner with engineering and enable go-to-market execution
  • Ensure long-term success through continuous lifecycle leadership
  • Contribute materially and consistently to the routing infrastructure portfolio
  • Apply advanced subject-matter expertise to solve complex business and customer challenges
  • Partner closely with cross-functional engineering and GTM teams and may lead cross-BU initiatives
  • Operate with high autonomy and sound judgment to drive successful execution
  • May mentor and guide team members
