Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Proven experience in B2B product management with commercialized software products
  • Experience presenting to executives internally and to customers
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging analytics to define product direction
  • Demonstrated product ownership skills, including backlog management, writing user stories, leading grooming, and facilitating development
  • Strong product management skills, including roadmap, business case, prioritization, negotiation, and obtaining consensus
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience working closely with technical members of team
  • Ability to interact with partners, customers, and staff in a professional and polished manner
  • Experience with agile software development
  • Experience in customer relationship management and customer experience management preferred
  • Willingness to collaborate with international and distributed teams, particularly in European time zones, and to work earlier hours to ensure strong team alignment
  • Hybrid model requiring in-office work a minimum of 2 days per week in Denver, CO

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the long-term product strategy for a major business domain, aligning multi-quarter roadmaps with company objectives and market opportunities
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure coherent delivery of end-to-end solutions
  • Design, document, and present product requirement documents that include the business cases
  • Analyze market trends and performance drivers to identify new product and growth opportunities
  • Develop and monitor product KPIs and metrics driving the business feedback loop
