Requirements

8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing exceptional user-centered interaction design
Manage complex projects involving cross-functional and cross-team stakeholder groups, spanning different timezones
Understand and handle visual design with a passion for polish and an expert eye for detail
Be comfortable in Prompting, Vibe Coding, Cursor, Figma Make (and other relevant tools) for both design and prototyping
Be a systems thinker with the ability to contribute back to our design systems library
Bring excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate positions to influence and work with partners, with new design thinking
Have an understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking practices
Have a Bachelor's or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact, mission-critical projects that define the future of Zoom Phone. Own the design strategy and execution end-to-end with emphasis on refined, production-ready visuals
Partnering with cross-functional teams to align on product direction, deliver impactful work, and champion design excellence across surfaces
Driving high-quality design, while collaborating closely with design leadership to bring clarity and consistency across projects, and ensure design decisions align with the broader vision
Setting and upholding a high bar for visual and interaction design quality. You have a love for polished UI and instincts for layout, spacing, motion, and micro-interactions
Leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions, evaluate success, and identify opportunities for improvement
Owning design execution in Figma and deliver pixel-perfect visuals, robust prototypes, and clear specifications for engineering partners
