The design team consists of 40+ people passionate about solving complex problems and fostering a collaborative environment of experimentation and innovation.

Requirements

    • Experience leading a team with cross-functional partners to define product strategy.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with executives, founders, or the C-suite.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across design, product, and go-to-market teams to launch high-leverage experiences that scale Mercury’s network effects.
  • Bring structure and creativity to early-stage product ideas, balancing user needs with business opportunity.
