Responsibilities

  • Lead every stage of the design process—from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery of high-fidelity designs across desktop and mobile platforms
  • Work closely with data analytics partners to shape UX questions and leverage insights to inform design decisions
  • Take full ownership of your work and bring a proactive, self-driven mindset to solving complex problems
  • Design impactful solutions that reduce complexity, eliminate design debt, and raise the bar for craft and polish
  • Present designs, rationale, and user insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Deep understanding of the business and its varied needs to identify emerging problems and opportunities, influence strategy, and shape effective roadmaps for your team
  • Be a role model for Turo’s design principles, process, and company values
