The role is on the Roles and Permissions Team within the larger Platform team, part of the Product Design team that forms one of three pillars in Research and Development alongside Product Management and Engineering, focusing on a new access control system and centralized tools.
Strong candidates have 5+ years of experience, excellent communication and storytelling skills, ability to craft compelling visions, conduct user research, leverage data for decisions, and coach other designers.
