Requirements

Impressive portfolio of product design work demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end design process, including identifying/understanding problems, delivering delightful user interfaces with tangible user impact
Persuasive communication skills to build narratives around design work, provide direction/guidance, and collaborate effectively with peers/stakeholders (fluent written and spoken English)
Systems thinker who champions holistic thinking, comfortable in high-growth/fast-paced environments, with history of autonomously owning design for complex domains/multiple projects
Effective cross-functional collaborator with product/engineering teams, able to build consensus, resolve debates, and drive impactful business outcomes
Engaged design organization member focused on delivering quality user experiences and shaping design culture/ways of working
Preference for experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions in HRTech, FinTech, etc
