Responsibilities

Initiate improvements in design methodologies, tools, and workflows to optimize efficiency and deliver exceptional user experiences
Conduct research, user testing, and analysis to gain deep insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points
Guide the development of user-centered design solutions
Advise manager on user-centric design principles and best practices, ensuring alignment with user needs and industry standards
