Requirements

  • Well-rounded product designer with strong visual skills, a high level of design craft
  • Experience designing for B2B products, ideally within fintech or payments
  • Ability to translate design concepts into production, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver value to customers at the highest level of craft quality
  • Experience collaborating across teams and domains, contributing to broader initiatives that strengthen the overall ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Craft experiences that empower customers, merchants, and recipients, maximising value from the platform and delivering a seamless payout experience for end recipients
  • Shape the next generation of payout experiences as the payout network expands
  • Own design within your domain, from consumer-facing journeys to operational workflows, driving efficiency and scalability
  • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering, and partner across the wider organisation
  • Be influential and lead design within the team
  • Work autonomously and dive deep into your product space, crafting innovative, easy-to-use, and clear experiences
  • Evangelise product design and best practices, increasing customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality as part of the wider design team and across the business
  • Elevate product quality by contributing to a globally used payment payout platform that serves millions of users
  • Operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment, embracing ambiguity and helping shape both product and design culture as the company scales
  • Balance deep user empathy with business understanding, designing for both customer needs and operational efficiency
