Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-squad initiatives shaping key customer journeys from early concept through shipped experience
  • Contribute small front-end changes directly to the UI to support rapid iteration and collaboration with engineering
  • Explore multiple solutions to complex UX challenges, validating assumptions through rapid experimentation and AI-assisted workflows
  • Elevate the visual language and interaction design of our platform to ensure consistency, accessibility, and delight
  • Mentor peers and contribute to team growth through critiques, async feedback, and documentation
  • Leverage AI tools (like Figma AI or Lovable) to accelerate prototyping, summarize insights, and improve iteration cycles
  • Evolve our Pluma design system with reusable components and scalable patterns that anticipate future needs
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, performant, and maintainable designs
  • Synthesize research and behavioral data to uncover pain points and identify opportunities across the customer lifecycle
  • Measure impact by defining and tracking design success metrics tied to usability, engagement, and retention
