Responsibilities

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, product managers, and engineers to define scope, ideate, prototype, and deliver usable and delightful designs that meet product definitions and business objectives
Be involved in the end-to-end product development process, from defining features to maintaining them, including design, build, testing, and production
Present your work to the team and cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, and leadership), effectively communicating your decision-making process and incorporating feedback from diverse perspectives
Help cultivate a design culture within the team and company, including advocating for user-centered thinking in all initiatives and maintaining a collaborative design process
Collaborate on defining and documenting our design system
