Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS B2B product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in product design, with an emphasis on mobile design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions that solve complex user problems and enhance user engagement
  • Proven experience in a hybrid designer–researcher role, demonstrating the ability to lead user research efforts and translate insights into impactful design solutions, including planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., interviews, usability tests, surveys), selecting appropriate methodologies based on research goals, and using the right tools to collect and analyze data effectively, with the ability to synthesize findings

Responsibilities

  • Lead Design Projects: Own the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept development to prototyping, visual design, and final execution. Ensure that all designs meet both user needs and business objectives
  • User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user behavior and needs. Use these insights to inform and iterate on design solutions
  • Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Act as a design advocate within cross-functional teams
  • Design System: Contribute to and maintain Envoy’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and touchpoints
  • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to innovate and push the boundaries of what’s possible in workplace technology
