Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of experience in transforming complex problems into engaging design solutions. A minimum of 2 years of experience working within an in-house product team, owning product evolution, is required, along with experience in balancing conceptual thinking with user needs, business goals, and clinical insights. A strong visual aesthetic, experience with visual systems, delivering high-fidelity designs, and working with design systems are essential. Experience in owning the design process from concept to launch and managing cross-functional stakeholder feedback is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will identify gaps and opportunities in the member and care team experience and advocate for solutions. They will drive the design process through definition, ideation, concept development, validation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design in iterative cycles. Collaboration with product managers, care team operations, user insights, engineering, and clinical partners is expected. The role involves using user-centered design methodologies to communicate ideas that impact the end-to-end experience and crafting designs that align user needs, data, business goals, and clinical insights.
