Responsibilities

Collaborate across all Product Initiatives with a multi-disciplinary team (Design, Engineering, Growth, Content, Sales)
Work on end-to-end projects, including scope definition, analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and design delivery
Effectively present work to the team and communicate design decision-making processes
Integrate feedback from various perspectives and needs
Cultivate the design culture of the team and company, championing user-centric design
Collaborate on defining and documenting the Design System
Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance
